About Us

We help children stay grounded, learning, and confident as the climate around them changes.
Through resilience, literacy, and leadership, they learn not just to endure disruption, but to respond to it.

Our mission

To ensure children growing up in climate disruption can stay grounded, keep learning, and develop the confidence to respond to change.

ReGen Climate Lab works with schools and communities to embed climate understanding, emotional steadiness, and leadership into everyday learning — even when routines are disrupted.

Our vision

A future where children’s education does not collapse when climate conditions become unstable.

A future where children understand their environment, feel capable during uncertainty, and take part in shaping resilient communities.

Our process

We design climate education for real classrooms - where power cuts happen, internet is unreliable, and learning is often interrupted.

Our approach combines:

  • Climate literacy grounded in local realities

  • Emotional steadiness as a learning foundation

  • Leadership skills built through practice, not lectures

We work directly with teachers, schools, and local governments to ensure climate learning remains practical, trusted, and usable over time.

We do not stop disasters.
But we can make sure children do not lose learning, confidence, or agency because of them.
