About Us

We help children stay grounded, learning, and confident as the climate around them changes.
Through resilience, literacy, and leadership, they learn not just to endure disruption, but to respond to it.

Our mission

To anchor learning, emotional safety, and agency for children growing up in climate disruption.

ReGen Climate Lab exists to make sure children are not left disoriented, afraid, or disconnected when disasters interrupt everyday life. We build tools that help them stay grounded, keep learning, and regain a sense of control in uncertain moments.

Our vision

A future where no child’s education collapses when the climate does.

A world where floods, landslides, and heatwaves no longer decide whether children feel safe, capable, or able to learn.

Our process

Built where disruption happens. Shaped by those who live it.

  1. Listen first
We work inside classrooms and communities facing repeated climate shocks, learning directly from children, teachers, and municipalities.

  2. Design for instability
Every tool is created to function when schools close, power fails, or routines disappear.

  3. Test in real conditions
Prototypes are used during actual disruptions, not simulated ones, and refined through continuous field feedback.

  4. Scale with care
We grow through public schools, local governments, and educators so solutions remain trusted, relevant, and sustainable.

We do not stop disasters. We stop them from erasing confidence, learning, and childhood.
